About The Poets Room

The Poets Room

The Poets Room and New Poets Room are online spaces for poets to access resources and develop their writing. While the main room, The Poets Room, is aimed more at established writers The New Poets Room is focused more on new poets under the age of 24.

Every 3 months, a new digital poet in residence will occupy the Poets Room, and post brand new, exciting and inspiring material, such as blog posts, audio downloads, interviews with poets, suggested reading and downloadable writing prompts. As each residency draws to a close, users will also have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A with each resident poet.

Each residency post will become part of a searchable archive on the site, so that users will always have access to posts from previous residencies.

All material and access is completely free, and brand new material will be uploaded weekly, to help you to remain active and engaged with your writing. <-- is this true? At this point that can't really happen unless Phoebe writes more exercises.
